Refund and Return Policy

Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns
Because certan products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, we only accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong item or incorrect size was sent due to an error on our part.

  • A printing or manufacturing issue with the product.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue and your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check our size guides before ordering).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Digital products (including digitial downloads and cards) or gift cards.

  • Face Masks

3. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at contactdarcell@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product showing the defect or error

We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, we begin processing your order, and changes cannot be made.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

8. EU Notice

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
